Our project has been in the process of forming for some years in concept, and now we are launching as an active ministry, and gathering people who feel called to participate, learn, and grow.
Below is our initial vision for this ministry, and we are open to seeing it evolve into the form that best serves its highest purpose.
There are five Basic Unity Principles that have been expressed in various ways over the years. Our focus is on embodying and experiencing the first three principles, supporting the journey of those actively realizing these in whole or in part.
This is our rendition of the first three Basic Unity Principles:
There is one Presence and Power active in the Universe and as my life. It is called by many names—Source, Spirit, the One, God, Brahman, etc. Another way of saying this is “It’s all That.”
I am That experiencing and expressing in, through, and as this human life.
There is an observable relationship between the world within (thoughts, feelings, etc.) and the world I find myself in. This is given various names—manifestation, synchronicity, interdependence, Oneness, etc. The way it is experienced and understood reflects my current level of consciousness.
Recently referred to as a "Jonathan Livingston Seagull in our midst," Rev. Dr. Bourette is a spiritual pioneer, and deep explorer of Consciousness. She enjoys assisting others in the journey of embracing and integrating all of who and What they are, and in removing obstacles to the realization of "you are That." She provides a traditional resume here for those that like lists of degrees, credentials and experience.
Rev. Glory Cato is a spiritual explorer with a lifelong fascination for mysticism, natural healing, and human evolution. Raised in Christianity, she recognizes Truth in different religions and spiritual systems, and has variously practiced Buddhism, Hinduism, Native American spirituality, Mayan cosmology, and Metaphysics.
